Returns received within 30 days of the original shipping date are eligible for a full refund, less a $10 shipping fee. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the original shipping date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Step 2
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned item. You will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax.
Step 3
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no charge.
Size Guarantee
We want to make sure your dog gets the perfect fit. That's why we offer a one-time complimentary size exchange. Simply send the original item back to our warehouse at your own shipping expense, and once we receive it, we will ship the new size to you free of charge.
